Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the UK (United Kingdom) But are working hard to extend our reach to all teens worldwide We aim to provide our products to teenagers all around the globe in the near future.

How long does shipping take?

Most Items are hand crafted, printed and customized just for you. All products are made to order and may take upto 3 days to dispatch as we only have a handful of staff, After this delivery will take place in 3-5 days if you have a rush order or bulk order please contact us directly for a quote and special delivery options.

Returns

How do I return an item?

For a full refund please contact us Via Email at CodeRedPeriodProducts@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of the item and return in an unused state with all items accounted for and undamaged.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Swimwear; and

  • underwear.

  • Items that have been customised

  • Products that cannot be re sold for hygiene purposes

Unless the items are damaged during the delivery process.
 
Exchange
If any items was damaged during transit or is faulty a replacement or refund can be obtained you have 14 days from receiving the items to request an exchange or refund.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once we receive the items and have checked for damages your refund will be processed and should take 5-7 business days to return to your bank account. Upon receiving your items and conducting a thorough damage inspection, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to reflect in your bank account.
