Refund Policy

For a full refund please contact us within 14 days of reciept of the item and return in an unused state with all items accounted for. shipping fees will apply.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

  • Swimwear; and

  • underwear.

  • Items that have been customised

  • Products that cannot be re sold for hygiene purposes

Unless the items are damaged during the delivery process.
 
Exchange
If any items was damaged during transit or is faulty a replacement or refund can be obtained you have 14 days from receiving the items to request an exchange or refund.

Please Contact us for further information immediately on noticing the fault or to start the refund process.
